No. We can offer a monthly plan for your small business or commercial space. This plan would be more of a case by case basis so we will customize a schedule for you based on your needs.
No. As long as you're comfortable giving us access to your home we can take care of everything as long as we know what your to-do list is.
Anytime spent working beyond the 2 hr window on additional items homeowner has under the service agreement will be billed at $100/ per hour.
Any expense outside the items offered for the annual service will be the homeowners responsibiity. If an item needs to be picked up we will need to know that prior to arriving.
This is a great resource I'm bringing over from the real estate world. We will both be able to collaborate in the hometagz profile. We can share photos, create hot spots inside photos, upload documents, make notes, etc. There's a ton of possibilities with this. This is where we will document our work each month. I will give homeowners a quick training in person or over the phone when we start.
Currently we can take cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. We're looking into credit card options.
